Customer Service is extremely important to Fiori Canada, we are dedicated to providing friendly and efficient after-sales service to its retails clients and end-users. The in-house service center employs 2 full time watchmakers to allow for quick turnaround times on all repairs. Fiori also offer manufacturer’s warranties and after warranty support for all of their brands.

Fiori, Police, French Connection & Time Force Watches are warranted against any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 YEARS from date of purchase.

Obaku Harmony Watches come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Any watch developing such a defect within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This warranty does not apply to the following components of your watch: case, glass, crown or bracelet. The warranty does not cover any abnormal use, violent shocks, contact with water (for non-waterproof watches) or in the case that it has been repaired outside of our repair centre.
